The Rope Rescue team is trained for steep/high angle technical rescues. Using ropes, litters, pullies and other specialized equipment, our rope rescue team responds to the bluffs cliffs and wooded areas of our area. Rope rescue technicians rappel, stabilize victims medically, and effect rescue. New team members go through a 40 hour technician class, learning mechanical advantage and technical expertise.
